I will ask you to journal your day in 3 dimensions: food, activity, and emotions (format provided), and we will work together to pinpoint simple changes that can upgrade you to a better version of yourself.
At this point, we can evaluate if wearing a Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) is right for you. A CGM can help you fine-tune your understanding of your unique metabolism, take a deep dive into your worst offenders, and define how to reach your objectives.
RECASTING ROADMAP
Let’s substitute your worst health offenders by creating new, healthier habits that better match your goals. No suffering, no deprivation.
Together, we will review metabolic hacks from the French lifestyle to help you enjoy the food you eat and the pleasures of life. This strategy will simultaneously put you on the right track to achieve your goals.
